1. Who we are

This website is operated for Recalde Lemon Law, a consumer practice of Recalde Law Firm, P.A. The firm's office is at 1111 Brickell Avenue, 10th Floor, Miami, FL 33131, and the firm can be reached at (305) 792-9100. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. This site is information, not legal advice

Everything on this site, including articles, guides, examples, calculators, and answers to common questions, is general information about Florida law. It is not legal advice about your situation. Laws change, deadlines depend on facts we do not know, and small details can change the outcome of a claim.

Do not act, or decide not to act, based on something you read here. If you have a legal question, speak with a licensed attorney about your specific facts.

3. No attorney-client relationship until a written engagement

Reading this site, submitting a form, sending an email, calling the office, or using the case check tool does not make you a client of the firm. An attorney-client relationship is created only when both you and the firm sign a written engagement agreement.

Until that happens, do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through this site. Anything you submit before an engagement agreement exists may not be protected by attorney-client privilege, and the firm has no duty to act on it or to meet any deadline on your behalf.

4. Attorney advertising

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
